Since 1978, Serapioni Progetti have been working mainly in architectural planning and service related to development of tourist hotels to create atmosphere of luxury dressed with an international flavor. This experience was entranced by working next to international developers on multitude of residential, hotel and commercial projects in several countries of the world, that testify theirs vast experience and ensure to the clients specific skills in planning and interior design of Hotel and Resort.

All designs made by us start with the study of the spaces as appropriate, first to create harmony between the functional and communal areas, the guest rooms and the staff back of house. Every study is based on the customers requirements, staff and guests circulation, always trying to rationalize the choices. Their wide range of competences allows the development of architectural design in all its stages, site supervision to the interior decoration from project management to safety coordination. For other 30 years, Serapioni Progetti has been successfully completing projects from the preliminary design and site feasibility phase to the final construction.

Administrative Assistant


This position requires three years’ experience as general office support in a small to mid-size professional service firm.

Position requires initiative and judgment to plan, prioritize, organize, and perform duties. Must be prepared to respond to multi-task job schedule for daily routine, maintain high levels of concentration and attention to detail, and work with a team approach to accomplish tasks.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills (Italian and English) with the ability to effectively gather and disseminate information, and respond to questions from clients, customers, and suppliers.

Must have professional appearance and maintain proper business etiquette

Must be proficient with Windows Office Suite, Outlook and Adobe Suite, InDesign is a plus.



Answer and direct phone calls (italian and english)

Organize and schedule appointments

Prepare meeting agendas and type meeting minutes

Organizes and files teams paperwork; maintains documents storage for both computer files and hardcopy files; and coordinates retrieval of archived files

Communicate fee proposal data and new business development letters with marketing department.

Word-processes and distributes business communications such as memos, letters, faxes, transmittals, programs, schedules, and spreadsheets in accordance with office standards.

Maintains absolute confidentiality and security

Maintains and coordinates project teams schedules, coordinates meetings, book team travel arrangements, and meeting facilities.

Prepare travel expense reports for Project Manager and those designated by him/her to require this support.

Oversee general accounting functions: monthly office expenses, expense reports, receipts, reimbursables, purchase orders, etc. and control procedures for these responsibilities


Ensures administrative and office support is being facilitated, i.e., mail distribution, filing, errands, answering phones, etc.

Ensures general cleanliness, neatness, professional appearance and security of office

Coordinates long term storage of project dead files, as required

Oversees the ordering of office and drafting supplies, ordering coffee and refreshment supplies,kitchen maintenance, distribution of office equipment, coordination of errands and general upkeep of the storage rooms

Update Office Manual, as necessary

Interior designer

Summary of position

Interior Design works closely with senior staff to develop design and deliverables for various projects. This designer position will assist in the preparation, updating and correction of drawings, presentations, graphics, design; CAD design; furniture, fixture and accessory specifications; furnishing, colour and material boards; FF&E sourcing; and general computer skills. 

Major responsabilities

  • Assist and prepares Furnishing, colour & material board; assist with sourcing and product research.

  • Prepare Rendered plans, sections, elevations, Freehand sketches, CAD documentation for Furniture, Fixtures & Accessories specifications

  • Coordinate with outside vendors

  • Assist with concept presentations and verbal presentations as necessary


  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in all phases of project work

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Indesign, Photoshop and freehand sketching skills

  • A proficient level of experience in interior design concepts such as, space planning, furniture, fixtures, and product research

  • The ability to assemble FF&E and finish boards with minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with general office procedures, such as, processing purchase orders, ordering supplies and general office equipment

  • Experience on site, ideally in the Middle East and Africa

  • Knowledge of typical international work stages

  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable in interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors and internal staff.

  • Ability to travel internationally
